This cancellation policy helps ensure fair scheduling for all clients and protects appointment availability for bookings made with Suganya MUA.
Appointments are confirmed only once the required booking deposit has been received.
Until the deposit is paid, the appointment date and time remain available for other clients.
All booking deposits are non-refundable and secure your appointment slot.
Deposits are deducted from your final booking balance.
If you need to cancel your booking, please provide as much notice as possible.
Requests to reschedule are subject to availability.
One complimentary date change may be allowed where sufficient notice is provided.
In the unlikely event that Suganya MUA needs to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment will be offered where possible, or a full refund of any deposit paid will be provided.
